These Website Terms govern use of the Astrybit website and participation in pre-launch activities offered through it. Astrybit is currently a pre-launch business-management software project operated by Sarang Pidadi in India.

1. About Astrybit

Astrybit is being developed as a business-management software platform. The website may contain information about planned features, products, services, beta programs and future capabilities.

Astrybit is currently under development. Features, availability, designs, timelines and commercial plans described on the website may change before release. Nothing on the website guarantees that a particular feature, service, integration or release date will become commercially available.

2. Website purpose

The website is provided primarily to explain Astrybit, allow businesses to express interest, accept applications for pre-launch or Founding Businesses programs, communicate with prospective users, conduct product and market research, and provide future Astrybit updates where a person has chosen to receive them.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, information on the website is not an offer to sell a paid Astrybit subscription.

3. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes. You must not knowingly interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious software or automated abuse, impersonate another person or business, submit deliberately fraudulent information, circumvent security measures, materially disrupt the service through scraping, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

4. Founding Businesses applications

Submitting a Founding Businesses application expresses your interest in participating in Astrybit's pre-launch program and allows Astrybit to evaluate your business and contact you about the application.

An application does not guarantee acceptance into a beta, pilot or commercial program, create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise or investment relationship, guarantee any feature, price, launch date or support level, or require you to purchase Astrybit.

Astrybit may accept, reject, pause or discontinue applications based on product fit, available capacity, technical readiness or other legitimate program considerations. If a separate beta or pilot agreement becomes necessary, that agreement will govern participation in that program.

5. Information you submit

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is reasonably accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.

Please do not submit Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, banking credentials, payment-card information, passwords, customer databases, employee records, children's personal information, confidential third-party information or other information that Astrybit has not requested. The Founding Businesses application is intended to collect information about your business and requirements, not personal information about your customers or employees.

6. Feedback and product suggestions

You may choose to provide ideas, suggestions or feedback about Astrybit. Unless we separately agree otherwise in writing, Astrybit may use general product feedback and suggestions you voluntarily provide for the purpose of designing, improving and operating Astrybit.

Do not submit confidential information, proprietary source code, trade secrets or information belonging to another person through ordinary website feedback channels. Providing feedback does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property to Astrybit.

7. Astrybit intellectual property

The Astrybit name, branding, website content, software designs, text, graphics and other materials created for Astrybit may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, falsely represent, remove ownership notices from, or use Astrybit materials to imply an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

These Terms do not grant ownership of Astrybit software or intellectual property.

8. Accuracy and pre-launch information

We aim to keep information on the website accurate and understandable. Because Astrybit is under active development, screenshots, interfaces, planned features, integrations and availability may change before wider release.

We will not intentionally publish fabricated customer claims, misleading endorsements, fake scarcity or unsupported compliance claims.

9. No professional advice

Information on the Astrybit website is provided for general product and business-information purposes. Unless specifically stated otherwise, website content does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial or regulatory advice. Businesses remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice for their own obligations.

10. Third-party services and links

The website may refer or link to third-party websites, platforms or services. A reference or link does not necessarily mean that Astrybit controls or endorses all content or practices of the third-party service. Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

11. Privacy

Personal information provided through the Astrybit website is handled according to the applicable Astrybit Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice should be read together with these Website Terms.

12. Website availability

Astrybit may modify, suspend or temporarily make parts of the pre-launch website unavailable, including for maintenance, security or development reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability of a pre-launch website.

13. Security

You must not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the website. If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability, please do not exploit it or access information unnecessarily. A dedicated security-reporting process may be established as Astrybit approaches beta and production.

14. Disclaimer

The website and pre-launch materials are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Astrybit does not guarantee that every planned feature will be released, that the pre-launch website will always be available, that every applicant will be offered participation, or that preliminary product information will remain unchanged.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Astrybit will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on preliminary or clearly identified pre-launch website information. This does not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

Before Astrybit begins providing a paid SaaS service, appropriate commercial liability terms will be addressed separately in the relevant SaaS agreement.

16. Changes to these Terms

These Website Terms may be updated as Astrybit develops. When material changes are made, the effective date and version shown on this page will be updated. A later SaaS, beta or subscription agreement may contain different terms applicable specifically to those services.

17. Applicable law

These Website Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India. We are not yet specifying an exclusive court or jurisdiction location because Astrybit's final operating entity and registered business location have not yet been established. That provision should be finalised before commercial launch.
